What is Memory Search?
By tapping "Quests" on the right side of the Home Screen and tapping "Memory Search", you can search for World Memories.
Memory Searches don't use energy, but they require Memory Keys and Credits.

When a Memory Search is complete, there will be a notification badge under "Quests" on the right side of the Home Screen.

How to Unlock
You can unlock Memory Searches by clearing Main Quest 1-10 (Normal).
You can unlock up to 4 slots as you progress in the Main Quest.

The longer the search time, the better chance of receiving better rewards.
You can set it to the below times:
- 1 hour
- 3 hours
- 6 hours
- 9 hours
*The number of Memory Keys required will not change, but the required Credits per search will.

How to Search
To perform Memory Searches:
1. Tap "Quests" on the right side of the Home Screen.
2. Tap "Memory Search".
3. Tap "Perform a Memory Search".
4. Set the duration for the search and tap "OK" if you wish to proceed.

How to Quickly Complete Memory Searches
You can complete Memory Searches right away using Quartz.
To complete Memory Searches right away:
1. Tap "Quests" on the right side of the Home Screen.
2. Tap "Memory Search".
3. Tap "Finish Now" on the slot you wish to complete.
4. Tap "OK" if you wish to proceed.
*To shorten the duration of searches, you will need 10 Quartz per hour remaining. 10 Quartz will still be needed even if under a full hour remains.
Example 1: 3 hours left = 30 Quartz needed to complete
Example 2: 1 hour and 30 minutes left = 20 Quartz needed to complete
Example 3: 45 minutes left = 10 Quartz needed to complete

ALICE Fiction How to Stop Memory Searches wiki

Memory Searches are able to be canceled; however, the Memory Key will be used and you will not receive your rewards.
To stop Memory Searches,
1. Tap "Quests" on the right side of the Home Screen.
2. Tap "Memory Search".
3. Tap "Cancel Search" on the slot you wish to complete.
4. Tap "OK" if you wish to proceed.
