Cyberpunk 2077: The Different Endings and How to Get Them
Cyberpunk 2077: The Different Endings
  • Unlocking Different Epilogue Endings in Cyberpunk 2077: A Guide to Choices and Relationships"

In Cyberpunk 2077, players have the opportunity to experience up to four different epilogue endings based on the choices they make and the relationships they have formed. The ending is largely determined by the choices made after the Point Of No Return.

To unlock certain options, players must complete side-job questlines for major characters. These questlines can be completed in any order and at any time.

    • Corpo ending: During the "Nocturne OP55N1" main job, you will choose who you rely on during the conversation with Misty. Select "Hanako" as the person you will rely on. You can choose to join the Arasaka Program or return.

    • Panam ending: During the "Nocturne OP55N1" main job, you will choose who you rely on during the conversation with Misty. Select "Panam" as the person you will rely on. Panam will only be available as an option if you complete the "Queen Of The Highway" side-job. Choose to enter the well on the Mikoshi.

    • Johnny ending: During the "Nocturne OP55N1" main job, you will choose who you rely on during the conversation with Misty. Select "Rogue" as the person you will rely on. Rogue will only be available as an option if you complete the "Blistering Love" side-job. Choose to cross the bridge with Alt on the Mikoshi.

    • Secret ending: During the "Nocturne OP55N1" main job, you will choose who you rely on during the conversation with Misty. Do not say anything. If you do not reply for several minutes, you will gain a new option to raid Arasaka Tower solo. This will only appear if you have at least 70% friendship with Johnny. This is a permadeath mode. If you die, you lose and have to restart the mission. This is the hardest optional mission in the game, but it is a completely new final mission.

In order to achieve the Devil ending in Cyberpunk 2077, players must successfully complete a series of tasks.

    • Firstly, during the "Search And Destroy" mission, players must save Takemura by escorting him out of a building while defeating enemies. This task can be easily missed as there is no objective indicating Takemura can be saved.

    • Secondly, during the final story mission "Nocturne Op55N1," players must choose specific dialogues with Johnny Silverhand and complete the "Where is My Mind?" ending mission.

    • Finally, in the "Where is My Mind?" mission, players will be presented with two sub-endings. In a space station, players must make the choice to either sign a contract and have their mind virtually archived, or refuse to sign and return to Earth but eventually die from head injuries. If players choose to sign the contract, they will then receive "The Devil" trophy after breaking open a Rubik's Cube in a cutscene which contains a picture of a screaming devil inside.

To achieve the Star ending in Cyberpunk 2077, players must undertake a series of specific tasks.

Firstly, players must complete Panam's side questline to form an alliance with the Aldecaldos (Nomads). These quests are:

    • Riders On The Storm

    • With A Little Help From My Friends

    • Queen Of The Highway

It is important to note that these quests can be completed both before and after the Point Of No Return, and even after the main story is finished by selecting the "One More Gig" option after the credits.

During the "Nocturne Op55N1" main mission, players will have a conversation with Johnny Silverhand on a balcony. They must choose the following dialogue options:

"[Call] Panam" - "Just need a minute" - "Somethin'... I gotta do today" - "Gonna ask Panam for help" - "Take Omega Blockers"

Finally, after defeating Adam Smasher in the "Belly Of The Beast" main mission, players will interact with the Alt AI and enter the Cyberspace. They must choose the following dialogue option:

"Wanna live out whatever life I got left"

By completing these steps, players will enter the Well to return to their body and achieve The Star ending (best ending).

To achieve The Sun ending in Cyberpunk 2077, players must undertake a series of specific tasks.

Firstly, players must complete Rogue's side questline to form an alliance between her and Johnny Silverhand. These quests are:

    • Chippin' In

    • Blistering Love

It is important to note that these quests can be completed both before and after the Point Of No Return, and even after the main story is finished by selecting the "One More Gig" option after the credits.

During the "Nocturne Op55N1" final story mission, players will have a conversation with Johnny Silverhand on a balcony. They must choose the following dialogue options:

"Think you and Rogue should go" -- "Take Pseudoendotrizine"

Finally, during the "Changes" ending mission, after defeating Adam Smasher, players will enter the Cyberspace and talk to Alt and V. They must choose the following dialogue option:

"Goin' with Alt, you live on."

By completing these steps, players will cross the bridge and enter the Cyberspace forever, causing Johnny to stay in the Cyberspace with Alt and triggering The Sun ending, where V becomes the Legend of Night City.
